When is the best time to do trips to Karimunjawa islands?

During April to October are less rains, calm sea waves. Suitable time for traveling around most Indonesia destinations (both for land and sea travel mode).However July to August are peak holiday seasons for Indonesians. If you wish to have a relaxing journey in Indonesia with less crowds, the shoulder months of April to June and September to October are ideal.

How do I get to Karimunjawa?

The nearest starting point to get easily to Karimunjawa is either from Semarang or Jepara. By Sea From Jepara by Express Bahari fast boat (around 2.5 hours). (Alternative option) Fom Jepara by Siginjai ferry (slower trip 4.5 hours). From Semarang by Kartini fast boat (around 3 hours). By Air Semarang to Karimunjawa and vice versa by Susi Air (1 hour).

Day 01 :

Meet & Greet at Kartini Port Jepara - Karimunjawa Islands (Boby Beach, Bukit Love, Alun-Alun / Town Square) (LD)

Meet and greet by our team at Kartini port in Jepara area.
Preparation and ferry ticket check in.
9 am start crossing to Karimunjawa by Bahari Express fast boat (2–2.5 hours).
Upon arrival at karimunjawa port, transfer to the hotel with lovely sea view.
Lunch and coffee break at hotel. Preparation for afternoon land excursion.
Visit and explore awesome spots like Boby Beach, Bukit Love and the stunning sunset.
Back to hotel for dinner.
Free and easy at your leisure such as walking around the area and experience night atmosphere or local tasty culinary at the center of Karimunjawa town square.

Day 02 :

Full Day Sea Excursion (Menjangan Kecil Island, Shark Conservation, Ujung Gelam Beach) (BLD)

Breakfast served at hotel.
Preparation for sea excursion at Maer area. Maer Area (Spot Maer) in Karimunjawa is a popular snorkeling and diving spot. It is renowned for its beautiful coral reefs and colonies of tame ornamental fish (such as zebrafish). This 50,000-square-meter area is a favorite destination for its shallow, clear waters.
Next heading to Menjangan Kecil island for picnic barbeque lunch.
Snorkeling, swimming at the coral reef.
Also visit shark conservation area.
Dinner served at hotel.

Day 03 :

Full Day Sea Excursion (Cemara / Geleang Island, Ujung Gantungan Beach) (BLD)

Breakfast served at hotel.
Preparation for sea tour snorkeling in the central coral waters / alang-alang waters enjoying the beauty of the underwater world of Karimunjawa National Park.
Next stop will be Cemara Kecil / Besar / Geleang Island (Included picnic lunch BBQ, playing on the beach, hunting for photos).
Enjoy also snorkeling among stunning coral reefs around Cemara island.
Pay visit Ujung Gantung spot for hunting sunset.
