During April to October are less rains, calm sea waves. Suitable time for traveling around most Indonesia destinations (both for land and sea travel mode).However July to August are peak holiday seasons for Indonesians. How do I get to Karimunjawa?

The nearest starting point to get easily to Karimunjawa is either from Semarang or Jepara. By Sea From Jepara by Express Bahari fast boat (around 2.5 hours). (Alternative option) Fom Jepara by Siginjai ferry (slower trip 4.5 hours). From Semarang by Kartini fast boat (around 3 hours). By Air Semarang to Karimunjawa and vice versa by Susi Air (1 hour).
