– Booking confirmation via email or direct phone call or WhatsApp once you have approved quotation offer.
– Once you have confirmed the the packages, we would send you invoice to request down payment (DP).

Partial Payment / Down Payment (DP):
– 50% of the total tour package cost.
– DP method by Bank Transfer / TT in IDR or Wise in IDR or PayPal in USD.

Balance:
– Balance (50% of the total tour package cost) on arrival.
– Balance payment method by cash or transfer in IDR or Wise in IDR or PayPal in USD.

Full Payment (Short notice booking):
– Bookings made on 7 days or less prior arrival are subject to full payment.
– Short notice booking payment method by Bank Transfer / TT in IDR or Wise in IDR or PayPal in USD.

– Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival, 75% refund of the total down payment (DP).
– Cancellation between 29 -15 days prior arrival, 50% refund of the total down payment (DP).
– Cancellation between 14 – 8 days prior arrival, 25% refund of the total down payment (DP).
– Cancellation between 7 – 0 days prior arrival, 0% refund of the total down payment (DP) / No refund.
