What we do & we have to offer
- We primarily organize private tours, holiday packages with and without hotel arrangement.
Services to offer other than those mentioned on the site
- We have other type service. We call it Customized tour. This sort of service offers you who would like to request tours or packages according to your preferences and requirement.
- This service enables you to request us to modify itinerary programs and packages based on your interest. Should you wish to request this service simply go to Contact us page to send us your request for customized tour and we would get back to you with details and rate (option) to offer shortly.
About sharing group or join in coach tours
- We don’t operate, organize or offer such tours. Our main focus is at private tours and packages.
- How to book our tours or packages.
- First, browse tours and holiday packages we have to offer. When you have found tours and holiday packages you take interest, simply use Send Inquiry button at each of the tour or package displayed.
- For direct and fast response you can use Contact Us form page or manually drop us your inquiry by sending us email directly to palangotour@gmail.com, info@palangotour.com
- You could also contact us using WhatsApp via our contact number.
- Please include specific request (if any) such as type of transport, hotel or accommodation, tour guide, etc.
- If you did not find any tour or package you were looking for, but you would like to request customized tours or packages you could use Contact Us form to send your request. Once you have sent your request, we would get back to you with our quotation offer.
Booking
Via website
(1) Click the Check Availability tab.
(2) Select a travel date.
(3) Click the Continue tab.
(3) Choose the price according to the number of traveler.
(4) Select the number of traveler. Either adult or child..
(5) Click the Proceed To Checkout tab.
(6) Complete the billing details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, City, Country).
(7) Select Payment Method. Checklist either PayPal or Bank Transfer. Checklist also approval of terms & conditions.
(8) Click Book Now tab. Your booking information will appear on the confirmation page along with the total amount to be paid. Detailed account information for you to transfer tour expenses is also listed on this confirmation page. Refresh the page.
(9) You will also received booking confirmation by email. (Please check your Inbox or junk mail folder).
(9) Please make payment and confirm payment using Payment Confirmation form, WhatsApp, direct phone call or email.
(10) Once confirmation and payment is received, we will send you the receipt and voucher for the tour you have booked and paid for.
(11) Booking done.

(1) Scroll and look at the bottom of the tour packages page.to find the Request Form.
(2) Please fill in the complete information requested. If there is, also write down your message / request.
(3) Don’t forget to check the privacy policy and click the Send Email tab.
(3) Your request will be sent. And we will contact you with the requested details or quote.

Booking Confirmation
- Booking confirmation via email or direct phone call or WhatsApp once you have approved quotation offer.
- Once you have confirmed the the packages, we would send you invoice to request down payment (DP).
Short Notice Booking / Late Booking
- Short notice booking booking our service (tour, ticket or transportation) may be accepted up to 7 days prior the selected trip date, however your late booking will be subject to availability of transportation, tour guide, driver or hotel accommodation.
Payment
Partial Payment / Down Payment (DP)
- 50% of the total tour package cost.
- Down payment method by Wire transfer / Bank Transfer or Wise.
Balance
- Remaining Balance (50% of the total tour package cost) on arrival.
- Balance payment method by Cash or Wire transfer / Bank Transfer or Wise.
Full Payment (Short notice booking / Late Booking)
- Short notice bookings are subject to full payment.
- Short notice booking payment method by Wire transfer / Bank Transfer or Wise.
Cancellation and the refund policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival, 75% refund of the total down payment (DP).
- Cancellation between 29 -15 days prior arrival, 50% refund of the total down payment (DP).
- Cancellation between 14 – 7 days prior arrival, 25% refund of the total down payment (DP).
- Cancellation between 6 – 0 days prior arrival, 0% refund of the total down payment (DP) / No refund.
